| The Confederation of Indian Industry along with SurgeForth Technologies as a knowledge partner is pleased to launch the 1st edition of "Innovator 2009" - an event aimed at identifying and showcasing the innovative ideas of graduate & post graduate students from engineering, arts and science and management streams in the southern region. Innovator 2009 aims at bringing out the Innovative technical, business and social ideas from students; that can make a difference for society and in the area of environment sustainability. The event also provides an opportunity for the Industry to peruse innovative ideas from students, encourage and nurture the best ideas towards implementation. |  |

- Innovator 2009 is the first event under Innovation series being launched by CII with SurgeForth Technologies as knowledge partner
- Innovator 2009 would showcase 50 Top Ideas in a 'trade show' for students where representatives from the investment and entrepreneur community would judge entries
- Innovator 2009 will have a final 2 day Student Innovators Meet in February 2010.
